I'd never heard of them before, so did a little Googling, and now I'm intrigued enough to buy it: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Metaphor_Computer_Systems Problem is, there's not enough information online to give me any indication what it's worth. Consider that the wife just spent $4,500 on 2 Digital VT100 terminals. Of course, they are NIB MIB CIB with many options and documentation and other accouterments - including such impedimenta like period stands. She gets into all this pre-80's mainframe stuff. I don't know yet if it's functional, and the seller is the owner's daughter-in-law, so she doesn't know much more than I do about it.
