I think you turn into a butterfly or something but I remember that it was very much like Lady Bug. I used to play this at a local bakery in the early 80's which only lasted a few weeks and even since MAME was released in the 90's I completely forgot about it and only recently have begun to search around. Anyone know the name? I tried googling caterpillar arcade museum and caterpillar 80's arcade game....nothing.
