Draugr
Hi everyone. Is there a thread or website that lists all the recently released software for the Atari 8-bit computer line? I'd love to see a thread that had a list with some extra info. For example.... Game Name Release Date Author/Publisher ROM/ATR Media Box Manual Cost URL/Info Pacman 2014 3/13/2014 Joe Blow N Disk N Y $10 Author website: www.joeblow.com The ROM/ATR column would be a Yes or No column and let you know whether there is a freely available or for purchase digital download release. The Box and Manual section would be a simple Yes or No which would tell you if the game is sold with a box and manual or not. I know those are a lot of fields, but that would be perfect in my opinon. Of course it could be a pain to maintain, so a simple thread with perhaps the game name, release date and URL to a thread or website related to the software would be sufficient. I saw something like this in the 2600 and Colecovision forums here and wanted to ask if a similar thread or site might exist for the Atari 8-bit software. Thanks, John Edited November 22, 2014 by Draugr
Rybags
Atarimania allows searching games database by year of release, though many games don't have the year listed. Fandal's site has News archive and he's pretty quick to put releases up once they're final or at a milestone.

+Adam+
Atarimania doesn't update its Atari 8-bit games resources since April 2013, which is a real shame. And ignores many recent games. Fandal's site is much better in that aspect.AtariOnline.pl tries to gather information about all current releases, but it doesn't have all data you ask and you would probably need to use Google Translate See "Pomocnik/Helper" section on the left panel - for example here are the games from last years: 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014.
