And finally, we have the honor roll of the top games of all time (the cutoff is the 1000-minute club). These year-end, all-time totals are complete all the way back through the founding of the tracker in 2008.

Some reached these heights thanks to one lone gamer; some saw contributions from many different participants. But all have earned their place here, and none more so than our #1 game!

(Will the 999,999 mark finally be attained in 2016? We're rooting for ya.)

While last year our all-time Top 10 was unchanged from 2013, this year it's been totally transformed, with six new entries!

Holy times, batman! That's a ton of playime, even if just for systems from 2000 and before.

And just because it seems like it would be tough to run this, thanks for running this tracker goldenband. It's nice to come in and post and see what everyone else is playing. Now for the 2016 tracker, and hopefully another year with a bunch of stuff!

Thank you very much for all the awesome statistics collection and all the hard work you put into the tracker goldenband! :D It was a ton of fun reading through all of those lists, and really satisfying reflecting on all the games I played this year that I saw on some of Top lists.

My hope for 2016 is that we get a Super Nintendo fan to come along and start participating regularly, which would give me a good reason to dust off my Genesis, play it more often, and start collecting for it again. As someone who grew up with the Genesis there's always that silly part of me that wants to play the Geneis more whenever I see someone going on about the SNES, which is especially funny since I do most of my gaming on Nintendo brand handhelds. I guess some things just never change.

Did you have to type out that whole list of different systems or cut and paste?      That's an incredibly long list.

Thank you thegoldenband for all the statistics.

I compared the numbers for the last three seasons and in case it wasn't clear already, we're growing in every direction!

Number of games with >= 600 minutes played in the same year

2013: 39 games

2014: 41 games

2015: 69 games

Number of systems with >= 500 minutes played in the same year

2013: 28 systems

2014: 30 systems

2015: 38 systems

Number of new entries to the 1000 minute club

2013: 20 games

2014: 26 games

2015: 44 games

The latter perhaps isn't so odd since it is incremental, but impressive numbers nonetheless.

Y'all are very welcome! :D

@Atarian7: The only lists that needed a lot of typing/massaging were the 1000-minute club entrants and the Top 10 per system lists. Nearly everything else is at least semi-automated, happily. Fortunately I learned how to use my spreadsheet program's "Subtotal" function, and that saves quite a bit when computing totals by system. :)

I compared the numbers for the last three seasons and in case it wasn't clear already, we're growing in every direction!

Absolutely! I'm very curious about how next year will play out. Right now this is by far our biggest year, and that's a nice segue to posting one more list -- the top 10 weeks of all time. As you can see, they're now all from the second half of 2015!

Top Ten biggest weeks in tracker history as of January 1, 2016:

1. 2015, Week 35 (13011)

2. 2015, Week 31 (10282)
3. 2015, Week 43 (10140)
4. 2015, Week 50 (8763)
5. 2015, Week 32 (8301)
6. 2015, Week 52 (8205)
7. 2015, Week 41 (7918)
8. 2015, Week 38 (7731)
9. 2015, Week 48 (7651)
10. 2015, Week 44 (7559)

One more bit of data! Of all the classic-era Intellivision releases (including ECS games), only 11 haven't yet shown up on the tracker. Those are:

Armor Battle
Jetsons' Way with Words (ECS)
Learning Fun I
Learning Fun II
Melody Blaster (ECS)
Mr. Basic Meets Bits 'n' Bytes (ECS)
NFL Football
Scooby Doo's Maze Chase (ECS)
Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back
Tennis
Word Fun

Most aren't surprising, but it's unexpected that Armor Battle and Star Wars: ESB have gone unplayed.

I used to play Armour Battle back in the day with my cousin...fun game, but I think you need two players.
