Good suggestions so far. :)
Chip's Challenge hasn't been played before and Robotron is always a popular choice.

I never really played Ishido the way of stones before, how do you score that game?

Playing Ishido, the more of the board that you cover in stones the better your score is.

Also there are two different scoring methods, depending if you play the "ancient way" of the "modern way".

Rampage hasn't been played in the Lynx HSC for over 5 yrs.
That game has kinda been retired.
It takes a long time to play.
Not sure how many people want to play it again?

Super Skweek & Rygar sound awesome

I tried to play Super Skweek [Normal Mode] and couldn't find anything to do other than fly around on a cloud map.  would be fun to find out how to play that game!

I'll suggest:

Rampart

Gates of Zendocon

Qix

Here is an ad hoc manual that I made for the TG-16 version. Both version use that same basic gameplay mechanics.

have you played the Lynx one?  what happens when I select "Normal" game -- I am in a flying machine flying around a small map with clouds, with islands below.  it looks like I should be able to go to an island & start playing but all I can ever do is fly around (and up & down, zooming in & out).  I can never get into the actual "playing-the-game" part.

Move your spaceship to welcome island, it has levels 1-50

How about Todd's Adventures in Slime World in the Adventure 6 Arcade level, or a speedrun challenge on one of the others? Has that ever been done before?

No, we never did a speed run or played Todd's Adventures in Slime World.
I haven't really spent a lot of time playing slime world before.
I did some play testing on arcade, I can't seem to run out of lives.
and the score resets with each life.
How would you score arcade mode?

For next month I'm gonna pick Todd's Adventures in Slime World. Adventure 1 easy
I tried arcade mode but wasn't getting very far.
I think adventure 1 might be more fun.
Use the 2 option buttons to see the score.

Rampart

Rampage

Would suggest Robotron 2084 but we are already playing it.

And would suggest Raiden but not everyone has that one.

I thought about Raiden, does it show the final score?

Is there a way to pause the game?   Can you take a snap shot of the score while paused?

Yes, pause does work to get a screenshot. We could do that.
