roland p
Pilotwings 64. I played it in 1997 and it blew me away. I'm thinking of getting a N64 so I can play it again.

+LS650
I generally trust the VGC's opinion on games. Take a look at his ratings for different N64 games: http://videogamecritic.com/n64_g.htm You can sort them by ranking, then check the highest rated games against eBay prices and see which ones you can afford. Atariboy
Command & Conquer 64 is a fine conversion of the PC classic. Doesn't get mentioned much, but it's a great game that in some ways out performs its source material (The graphical upgrade is nice compared to the PC original, although it's obviously running at a lower resolution). And thanks to it being an early RTS at a time when they were less hectic than they'd later become and good programming on the part of the developer that adapted this to the system, it controls just fine with the N64 controller. The only real loss are the cutscenes and the loss of the expansion pack missions (Although it has some exclusive bonus missions of its own). There's no multiplayer, but splitscreen multiplayer in a RTS isn't an appealing thought anyways so it's not missed.
