hardcorehubz Posted December 10, 2016 Share Posted December 10, 2016 Just wanted to say this is some great stuff, I have been doing something similar with FDS, PC98, and X68000 as I come across titles and it's nice to see a community working together on these preservation efforts and sharing on top of that. Time is very much running out to accomplish these goals. I unfortunately don't have any Atari 8bit stuff but just wanted to post to say thank you all so much for doing this. There's no way to use it with real hardware, and no way to write it back out to disk? Why weren't the RAW files preserved instead, then they could be converted in .ATX or back to a real floppy? They can also be written back to disk using a Super Card Pro and a8rawconv. We do preserve the RAW files and generate ATX files from those.
