apemaster
Is there a tool/function of the emulators (preferably the Atari800MacX) that can search for a certain byte-value in RAM and save a list of addresses where it occurs? I just found the search-function, but no possibility to show a list.
+MrFish
Yes, Atari800MacX can. In the "monitor" use the "s" command with the appropriate parameters. You can get a list of the available commands and their parameters by typing "help" or "?" in the monitor. It looks like it uses the exact same commands as in Atari800Win PLus, probably both a product of being based on Atari800.
Rybags
Atari800Win+ you can use the pulldown Windows mark/copy from the command window for the monitor. Altirra has a search command you can use from the debug window, type .HELP S to get it's syntax. With Altirra you have to use the mouse to drag over text then Ctrl-C to copy it.
