+slx
Is the actual software different between the APX and ANTIC versions of DDT? (APX has a printed manual while ANTIC has them on disc but is the actual binary different?)
Rybags
Entirely possible - it's also on the Mac-65 cartridge, so it's probably an evolving product.
+slx
MAC/65 DDT is a scaled down version with less features (presunably to fit into the cart).
+slx
With generous help from Google and Mr. Strotmann I now remember that my ANTIC DDT was indeed an ExDDT with more functions (and 2K more memory required than for APEX DDT). So MAC/65 DDT < APEX DDT < ANTIC ExDDT both size- and function-wise. Are there any comparable debuggers (allowing 'stepping', breakpoints and watching memory Locations)? +Allan
Many of the Antic releases of the APX software were improved versions of the originals. Allan
