I am looking for sound effect "patterns" used in ST games/programs/etc. If my understanding is correct, the PSG accepts a series of instructions for the discrete sound and noise channels along with envelope info to make different noises. Grazey Posted March 11, 2015 Share Posted March 11, 2015 Easiest way is to run said program in the debug build of Steem. Just set up a write break point on the YM ($ffff8800.w and $ffff8802.w) you can then see what values are poked to the chip for the sound.
