Super Pac-Man gets my vote. One of the few games where I actually saw a pattern in the game and was able to play it and get my quarters worth. Ms. Pac-Man and Junior are close seconds as they added more variety to the game play.

I just looked at this thinking it was a new topic instead of last year's, but I voted anyways...Although I liked Super Pac (Wait does that sound political? haha) in the arcades, my friend has a Baby Pac-Man cabinet in his house and it was always a blast so that's what I went with...

Is that the half-pinball-half-video-game machine that Papa said he played when he was younger?

No you are thinking of Baby-Pac.

Jr Pac is just another spin off like Ms Pacman, adding new elements such as a double wide horizontally scrolling maze, and "fruit" that create jumbo sized dots that slow you down, and also destroy power pellets. Jr would have been a great sequel if they didn't mess with the pellet physics with the bonus prizes. I have the PMP port for 7800 which really is a great homage to the arcade game.

EDIT: Nevermind, just reread the post you replied to. Baby-Pak is the hybrid pinball/video arcade, and one of very few arcade games to fuse pinball and video game modes into one arcade game, notwithstanding clever use of late era DMD pinball displays for short minigames. I would love to play one of these someday...

Ms pacman of those listed. I really liked pacman 2 on SNES though and beating it got you codes to play pacman and ms pacman which was cool.

Pac-Man and Ms. Pac-Man are about the same for me, but I like Pac-Man a tiny bit more.

Junior and Baby are OK, I just never really got into them.

Pac-Man Jr, multiple screens and that weird Cold Blood version for the MSX.

Ms. Pac Man for me - in my top 5 games of all time.  Endlessly replayable.  Lots of great versions available as well - arcade (obviously), 7800, even the 2600 is a blast.

I'm partial to the 5200 version of Pac Man, too, it's a great port.
