I am designing a proto circuit board with a very low pitch BGA part, not sure if there is any Chinese manufacturer who can do this, do you know anyone?

I've used Itead before, they always delivered exactly what I submitted so any error is usually my fault and not theirs. The turnaround time is usually 2-3 weeks from submission and payment before I get them in my hands. USA has loose custom so shipment to other countries may take longer

I have used all 3, quality is exactly the same prices and features vary

I've also had excellent results with Sitopway (I've done something like 20 board orders through them). They are on eBay but direct requests are also possible.
