UNIXcoffee928
A new game, called "Trace Vector" draws inspiration from all of the classic Atari vector-based games. It is impressive to see how fast the action is, with modern hardware. Cool looking game, but the the Soundtrack is really very good. A great mix of instrumental songs that span the sounds of early Gary Numan, early Depeche Mode, Ultravox, My Life With the Thrill Kill Kult, and some period dance vibes. Very good release! Great instrumental stuff that you can leave on while doing other things... Zaps you right back to the 1980s. UNIXcoffee928
While on the topic of 1980s electronic music, there is a recent underground music scene known as "Dreamwave', and anyone who likes the Trace Vector Soundtrack will probably also like these two recent albums, as well... they would be perfect in any 80s movie with an arcade scene: Heavy Blade Runner Soundtrack vibe here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ew4SLiKbzPk A nice summer day in 1983, right here, in 2015: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=egAB2qtVWFQ
rdefabri
This isn't on an Atari 8-bit computer...what system is this?
snicklin
I think it's a PC. What I like about this game is that you can actually imagine an Atari 8-bit conversion. I like it when modern games look that way.
