hi guys

I 've got a problem with a lynx 1. The lynx seems to work because the game starts correctly i hear the sound and when i press the button i hear i play but black screen :(

I precise that it doesn't come from the backlight because it's a LED system and the led light.

It could be the screen it self?

Is there a way to know where it comes from?

Is anyone has tried to change a screen on lynx 1? I saw (

) some guys change screen on game gear , and on lynx 1 it 's the same problem (screen solder on mother board)

thanks for your advices and sorry for my english :)

Both are about the same overall. You need to remove old LCD, remove a few parts, solder in a dozen wires, optionally solder in VGA port, then test it.

Lynx 2 may be about 15 seconds faster because the LCD are connected via connector while Lynx 1 LCD are soldered on and that needs time to heat and peel away.

Problem solved!

I have bought one LCD screen from MCwill and now it works!

Thanks to Mcwill for this incredeable screen and to make my old lynx alive again :)

But I have a last problem: I have lost the rubber connector of the cross (D-pad?, I don't know how does it call)

Is anybody knows where can i find this piece?
