Spectravideo's "Gas Hog" - Fixed?

I've been playing "Gas Hog" on my real NTSC Atari 2600 using the Harmony Cart using the ROM image available from AtariAge. I see that there is also a "Gas Hog" ROM floating around the internet that says that it's "fixed." I've tried the ROM, but it seems to play the same for me. I have noticed some minor bugs/glitches in "Gas Hog," (for instance, shots passing through the enemies sometimes) but the other version doesn't seem to fix these problems. Does anyone know what the "fixed" version of "Gas Hog" changes?

The fixed version of Gas Hog has colors that are different, and a fixed scanline count. On some TV's an incorrect scanline can lead to the screen jumping or rolling. More info on Gas Hog here.

I got mine for free years ago cause the screen rolled and thought it was defective.

It can also roll if the cart is PAL. It depends on how many scanlines the particular game uses, and whether or not your TV can handle that scanline count.

Thats what I thought it was a PAL cart but tried years later to find it working on another TV.
