Which games came with overlays?

I've always wondered that myself. I got river raid sealed as a kid, had no clue it had overlays. Then half the time digging through the markdowns at Zayres the boxes would be all ripped up. But you weren't about to complain over a nine dollar game.

So, based on the cutouts on the Frogger one, does this mean one can control the frog with the keypad instead of the joystick?

Yes. 2 is up, 4 is left, 6 is right, and 8 is down. Much better than using the joystick as it's more sensitive.
