Well, after hours and hours of untold unspeakable horror and angry outbursts, I have made my first-ever 4k Odyssey 2 game. If only it was as simple as making a 4k Atari 2600 game. For the longest time, the code seemed like it was not going to the other bank (4k Odyssey 2 games have two banks) at all. Then I did something it liked finally and it worked. The other bank had the data for the turtle flipped so it would face the right way when going right. Before this, it faced left while going right and I tried to correct it until I did something I don't know what I did to make it work correctly. So now Plumber is 4k. Barely. All I needed the second bank for were the flipped sprites. And I don't even know why I continued working on this. Last night, I swore off the game forever. Ha. Also, we're dogsitting for my sister. They're going on a vacation, and we now have 2 dogs for the week. Fortunately, the dogs like each other, but it is hard come potty time. If I'm up, I help with it. And my sister's dog does not like eating for some reason. The dog ate last night, but only because wet dog food was put on top of dry dog food. Yum. And most of my yelling was contained. i kept it in as to not make the dogs upset. But computers are stupid and they want to annoy people.
