pmgraphics
I tried various settings when recording video with Altirra, but each time the video is just a black screen. Any fixes for this? thanks
phaeron
Try switching the video compression mode from ZMBV to RLE or None and also check the "Encode duplicate frames as full frames" option at the bottom. ZMBV is requires player/codec support and some video players/converters are really bad at AVI and don't report missing codecs or get really simple things wrong. For playback, I recommend Media Player Classic Home Cinema, combined with ffdshow-tryouts.
pmgraphics
I tried both RLE and None with Encode duplicate frames as full frames checked but still same issue. I tried playing them with VLC media player which I find plays everything. I will need to find media player classic to see if that works. Thanks
pmgraphics
It looks like you cannot record video with scanlines being selected, which I like since it looks more classic. Once I deselected scanlines, I was able to record and playback all of the various video compression options.
