Its now en route to freewheel. The shipping costs for me were not bad at all. Under $20.

Arrived! So, the shipping has been greatly reduced because virtually all of the games got removed :D

Some very interesting random stuff in here though. Kinda cool. I can definitely contribute to the... eclecticness here. While I'm going to try to add some Inty games that aren't super common, for those later on the list: are there any non-Inty systems you guys are into? I have tons of spare stuff for a lot of systems.

Also, I'm going to try my damnedest to fix this one cart. I think it might just be a busted leg on the one IC. If it works...muahahah.

Just for the record I only added carts, I didnt take any. LOL. :) The broken cart could make someone going for a complete collection very happy indeed. I thought about seeing if i could get it working once I recieved the grab bag but didnt want to hold it up. :)

Heh, yeah, I was referring to the culling that happened to make the cross-border cost not insane. There were a LOT of common carts removed, which makes sense.

There's quite a lot of random stuff in here that I like. I'm going to have to think long and hard how to add enough to keep it interesting, while not just adding 6 copies of Night Stalker. Are French Canadian variants in any way desirable in Europe?

We should also start discussing what happens when it's "done" - maybe the last person can bring the remainder to PRGE with them :D

Aaaaaaaaaaand go Canada. It's on its way to the next lucky contestant.

Hopefully the next few people enjoy what's in there; it was a bit surprising to me. I did take all sorts of random odds and ends though. Some fun stuff in there. My skis needed a new sticker :D

Just make sure to add something fun :) So far Canada is doing more addition than subtraction. We need to show up the lazy Yanks.

Just to let everyone know , we have had a discussion with the last remaining three contestants on what to do with the grab bag.

Since There is nothing of value or anywhere close left in the grab bag except a few items that FreeWheel/Mr Intv has added.(have disclosed everything left in the bag to the last contestants through a PM).

This round of the Grab Bag has ran its coarse and will be put to rest in a Canadian Corn Field to lay in peace for ever..
Peace Out grab bag..

There will be a few items that I will be shipping to the last Contestant provided by Freewheel..

Freewheel and Mr_Intv have been advised on what will be happing,,,,,

It has been fun watching this travel grab bag during the past couple of years...

Cheers

Mcrew, can you post a pic of the entire contents please. So we can see if to truly end this round.

Then start version 2018 with international (non usa.canada) and who is wanting to do that or not.

The Intellivision Grab Bag.....lasting MUCH longer than the energizer bunny, never-ending story, and Cmart in bed!

The Intellivision GRAB BAG 2015 2016 2017 2018

List updated: 1-16-18

Please do not put your name on the list if you tend to procrastinate. Lets keep this moving along nicely.

What is an Intellivision Grab Bag you may ask?

I will begin by sending a box of spare and awesome goodies to the first person on the list. That person takes some stuff needed and adds some stuff unneeded. This is a fun social experiment! Its exciting to go through a box of Inty goodies is it not? And giving to your fellow Intv enthusiasts.

I'm thinking it shall make the rounds to Usa first? Then Canada? Then Europe? Australia? Open to suggestions of course.

Please state your name and country to get on list. Ill update order to be sent as list grows. Please adhere to the list to be sent in.  Enjoy

Good idea m-crew....its hardly worth shipping over seas at this point. The grab bag is a great idea unfortunately when its been passed on this many times its only going to deteriate. It was fun non the less but maybe going forward we need separate USA/Canadian/European versions.

I have a mental image of the box when I shipped it out, so it would be satisfying to see the package before it's put out to pasture.

Here you go , the box that was sent to Canada is not the box that you had. IT shrunk while traveling the USA lol

How much of that stuff was in the box at the very beginning?

For that matter, how long did the original box last?  I think it was a double-walled box, so I'm kind of curious how long it survived before having to be replaced.

That's still a pretty large box, although I can't tell how long it is from that shot.  :D
