I'm having similar problems.

Getting the error

Cannot open serial port 'COM1': The system cannot find the file specified.

Emulation stopped.

Windows 10. Seeing it in  "other devices" as "SIO2PC Universal Interface"
In the device driver details, I'm getting

The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)

There are no compatible drivers for this device.

I want to think I got an error when installing, something about an unsigned driver.

I received this unit second hand, so I don't know who manufactured it.  The board says © 2007 Steven J Tucker (Actually, after googling, looks like Atarimax)

Is it connected via USB port?
If yes than it will not work with RespeQT.
YouTube should get driver from Atarimax for it. And WinAPE.

I already had WinAPE installed.  I grabbed the driver as well. It seems to work.

I was hoping RespeQT would work with it.  Oh well.

I received (yet another) SIO2PC-USB device and I am using RespeQT.

Very good software, a big thank you to programmers.

Please replace File/Boot Atari Executables Atari Infogrames logo with the real Atari logo.
