But they said on the podcast that "this is not something that we are announcing and will be released in a few months, it is something that is coming out now!" :?

Confusing isn't it? Just like Groovy Bees stuff from a couple years ago....never made it out as announced. Weird, I can't figure it out.Stuff happens, people get busy with there real lives.......who knows.

Ah, so you mean that perhaps some people should think about that when vilifying others for exactly the same thing. Interesting.

Something about houses made of glass...

I'm changing the game's name from Kaboom! to Mad Bomber.

MadBomber.gif <--Click to animate

There's currently 9 different bombs. 3 different control types. Cutscene when you managed to get through all 9 bombs.

I'm still adding stuff to the game.

Looks cool. I haven't played it, but the movement of the basket looks like it could use some dampening for better accuracy. One thing that I always find frustrating is when you have to carefully tap the disc on a precise edge, for precisely the correct amount of time, lest the avatar moves a few pixels too far.

Having to constantly over-correct movement and position as a game mechanic is one of those problems that were solved a long time ago, and nobody misses it from the first era of games. :)

Cool! Will it still have a 'classic' looking screen?

Any options for changing basket width?

I'll update schedule. Thanks

For Control type 2

I added WNW and WSW, along with west to move the basket to the left and added ENE ESE, along with east to move the basket to the right. So the player don't have to be too precise on the disc control.

The idea for Control 1 and 3 is to roll your thumb around the disc to move the basket giving the player more precision. So that's something I have to test on the real thing.

That's great, I'd like to test it on hardware to see how it handles. :)

thank you for adding those extra controls. I have troubles playing games that are precise.

As far as vilifying people you are the King! And to make the point as straight as possible the folks making the LTO Flash! have never collected a penny up front.

Clearly, Groovy collected a lot of cash up front to fund Mars Minis and Rocketeer to support his soon to be??? released hive project. I am just a consumer, game player and collector. Let's see who comes through first, only time will tell.
