Guardian by Apollo, cart only in good shape - a bit of plaque on the label, a bubble on the front label. BUT - got it for just $3. Rarity 8 on the guide here. The other carts were all $3 as well. This now beats my Wall Ball for my "rarest" cart. The Atariage guide says, "The rarity scale is a general indicator of how easy or difficult it is to come across a game." Perhaps the complete in box bit is just assumed, and I have been too much of a noob to notice? In regard to the where, it's an indoor flea market in Massachusetts.
