WANTED: PS2 console + hookups/controllers/memory cards

I'm interested in picking up a PS2 console + all necessary hookups + memory card(s) + Dual Shock controller(s) if anyone here has one they're willing to part with.

 

I would prefer the newer slim model.

 

I'm not really sure exactly what a bundle like this would go for pricewise, so feel free to name a price if you're interested in offering one up! I'm thinking somewhere around $45 shipped.
