Inky
Recently tried running a few downloaded games from the Wii U store. When loading, I get the error 160-2215. Any ideas on this? I'm fully updated on the system. Tried loading Zombie U demo and Adventure Time.
cybercylon
I wasn't able to find much. Sometimes GTS doesn't give you that much. There is a small thread here where someone gets this on start up and the reply was to have the console serviced as a system file might be corrupted. https://www.reddit.com/r/wiiu/comments/38q3jg/rwiius_question_thread_june_2015/?limit=500 Does this happen only with the eShop downloads? Everything else okay? Maybe that number is used in general for file corruption. Maybe try downloading the game again or even download it to an external HD or to the internal memory if you used a HD for the first download. Inky
It appears apparently only when loading downloaded files. I'm going to call the big N tonight and see what they can come up with.
Inky
Yep, they want me to send it in. $100 + S&H This will have to wait until tax time.
Inky
Got the unit fixed. Apparently it was an issue with the motherboard. They had to replace it. At least it works now, and my son is back playing Minecraft. Well, playing it for the first time on the WiiU anyway.
