Or was that someone else? I got deja vu when I saw Kennedy's first link. Yes,I remember distinctly hearing a podcast where "Sean" name was thrown around and if memory serves it was the one with UKMike and Pipercub (and maybe Piko). How did the guy throwing in that name knew? I don't know Mike K. besides briefly meeting him at some shows but boy do I know Sean Robinson! After reading Mike's story I would not be surprised if that is exactly how everything went down. Sean is a geuine old school con man. He scammed me and many of my friends. I have spent countless hours dealing with this bozo's nonsense. On a side note, how much did Kevtris want for his cores, compared to what might or might not have been spent on the Lee cores? Kennedy is a marketing guy, not a management guy. Stick to marketing. It is pretty bad when you ask someone not to attend a charity video game show. Words cant describe how much damage one person can do. Too many incidents to list, but worked with Y-bot to uncover them. That is all I really am going to say, other than I am one of the lucky people that did not get too much scammed from him. He uses people, gains trust, and does just the bare minimum of legit things to cover his tracks. OK found my old post: In the interview with Piko they say (one of the interviewers, not sure which one) Lee is suspected to be a certain Marshall Lee. They say we at AA actually came up with that name, I don't recollect any of that. So I'll play along and report it here. Funny thing there's one Marshall Lee (in Linkedin) in Orange County CA with a profile related to hardware engineering, ASICs, semiconductors. Not sure he's connected or not, likely just an homonym. His company (enmotus) seems to specialize in cloud hybrid storage solutions, so I hope he's the wrong match. I dealt extensively with Sean Robinson, though I was never pulled in by any of his scams. I watched him scam others many times, as well as destroy friendships. He is very good at conning people, and I know at least 10 people that he played up here in the Pac NW. He is seriously some kind of sociopathic, compulsive liar. I have never met anyone like him. We are talking absolutely insane levels of dishonesty and manipulation. I feel very sorry for a few friends of mine who suffered from his machinations Ironically, a friend and I have been remarking about how much this whole Chameleon thing reminded us of one of his scams... and here he is, dead center in the mess. He will pop up again, and he will pull this shit again. Fair warning. Do NOT trust Sean Robinson. Ever. Is it that hard to explain what he did instead of leaving incredibly vague and generalized statements? I hope I'm not the only one who read these "Sean Robinson has blood on his hands, he almost got me!" posts that offer no further information and wants details. Please humor us, we've got all day. There's not a lot of ways to scam the retro gaming crowd unless you have an Air Raid production line.
