As far as I remember the docs (not only the manual) were always on the disk already formatted for printing. So COPY to P: gave you a printed user guide etc. if you were able to print on letter size. For European formats we needed to adjust it.

As a registered $25 user of MyDos. I appreciate this. It should have been bought by Atari and became DOS 3 as far as I am concerned.
