I'm pretty sure that's what we did last time we played. That's why I got 138k ! The bonus points is 100K or even 125K if you can finish the level. By the time I got the camera, the highest choice had decreased to 41 (pictured). I think starting from wave one is a better test of skill as the bonuses really inflate and the game is much more frantic at the higher waves. I think they were trying to encourage repeat players to add more coins by gradually increasing the starting level and bonus, but it isn't really any more fun than the original 20 or so waves.
