The Evener
Up for sale is a Coleco ADAM stand-alone console system -- complete in the box. The main console is Revision 80 (R80), and comes with two data drives, a Hi Tech Research 64k memory expander, and the ADAMLink 300 baud modem. Both data drives have been tested for read/write, and the cartridge port works as expected. The printer doesn't function for printing, so I disabled the printer component. The printer powers the rest of the system as expected. All original manuals are included, as well as data pack inclusions like SmartBASIC and Buck Rogers Super Game, as well as a Donkey Kong cartridge. I've also included a copy of ADAMLink II software for the modem and the modem cable. The box is in overall decent condition for its age. You'll find typically fraying along the edges and corners, with the most severe areas "bottom" of the box -- here the cardboard is feathering and feels like it is thinner. Also there are some very small paint spots on the front -- I gently removed many of them, but I'm not sure I want to rub off the rest lest I damage the box. This unit was marketed in Canada and therefore has bilingual text (English/French.) Due to the age of the system, everything is sold "as is" but was tested a final time before packing. Asking $150 US plus shipping. Please note: the printer shown in the photo with the modified power switch is my personal system printer - the one included with the package is standard, with power switch at the back of the unit. I've also swapped out the pure yellow keyboard for one that is generally more white, and has faint yellowing on only some of the keys. I'll include an updated photo shortly. Thanks! The Evener
Update: here is a photo of the keyboard that will be included, which has less yellow. Sorry if the photo is huge - uploading from my phone
The Evener
I also swapped off the yellow data drive door to a spare that matches the factory beige of the unit more closely. I also included a cover that isn't missing the grill spokes. Edited May 20, 2018 by The Evener

+wongojack
Looks priced to sell, that's for sure. Too bad I'm not in an acquisition phase . . .
