Preferably looking to pay at least 15% lower than what's on eBay, or more if it's missing the case/manual/etc. PM me if you have a spare on hand or if you think you can help. Needs to be the PCE Arcade Card DUO, as I have a PCE Duo system. Not really interested in the Pro card as they are more expensive (unless you are willing to cut a deal on it).
