Albert
John K. Harvey has passed word onto us that he's finished upgrading the Atari 2600 programming tool Distella to version 3.0. Distella allows you to disassemble any 2K/4K Atari 2600 ROM image or any non-bankswitched 7800 ROM image into source code that can be compiled with the DASM assembler. Version 3.0 of Distella contains some 2600-related bugfixes and adds support for 7800 games that don't use bankswitching. This is a great tool if you want to learn how 2600 games (and now 7800!) work. You can download the latest version from Bob Colbert's site here, and John has put some examples and config files on his website here.
