Wally1
What is the best, simplest and most realistic flying - flight sim or space sim game for the ST? thanks!
ParanoidLittleMan
Sorry, but those criterias contradict each other. Most realistic can not be simpleST, for instance. But I recommend Sublogic Flight Simulator II - that was first program I ran on Atari ST - it's very realistic and not so complicated. Will need manual for best experience: http://www.atarimania.com/game-atari-st-flight-simulator-ii_9342.html
ggn
Easy to pick up and play: Knights of the sky: http://www.atarimania.com/game-atari-st-knights-of-the-sky_21468.html(spent hours on this!) Dogfight: http://www.atarimania.com/game-atari-st-dogfight-80-years-of-aerial-warfare_9141.html Not so easy, a bit more realistic: F-19 Stealth fighter http://www.atarimania.com/game-atari-st-f-19-stealth-fighter_9277.html F-15 Strike eagle II: http://www.atarimania.com/game-atari-st-f-15-strike-eagle-ii_28164.html Space sim: Shuttle http://www.atarimania.com/game-atari-st-shuttle_24640.html(needs quite a bit of reading unless you play easy mode, then it's a walk in the park!) Have fun! Edited March 27, 2016 by ggn

Zap!
Nova was very simple but fun. One of the first games I ever downloaded, back in '93.

+DarkLord
Not sure but I believe Falcon can do that.
Christos
B17 Flying fortress is also really nice, with beautiful graphics and a good 3d engine. For a space sim (in the spirit of Wing commander and freespace) I can suggest Elite, Frontier and I really liked Epic.
