Hey, just as a fellow recent buyer I contacted Atari Age on their facebook page via private message and got a response very promptly. I received my cart within 1-2 weeks. On the harmony webpage there stands: "Need to know more? Send a PM to batari on the Atariage Forums (preferred), or send an email to c9r over at hotmail with subject: harmony." It seems this is a common issue, but if I am reading correctly, apparently he's more responsive on Facebook. And I plan never to use Facebook. However, I had no trouble at all when I actually ordered and soon thereafter received the Harmony cart. Hell, most things ordered from anybody within our own country almost NEVER make it that fast. And if you're only a state away, things take even longer these days!! WTF?! He does not answer his email with these questions. Be assured that: He is still making the Harmony Encore and that you will get your cartridge in a very timely manner.
