Bama
Yep but the label on the external PSU has the opposite opinion on the polarity to the label on the bottom of my STacy, and a slightly different voltage too.Picture of my STacy PSU with multimeter reading -16v with positive lead in center position. Which appears to be the opposite of its own label. My STacy label says center is Negative. Pics attached.
Zap!
Hello Zap! Where did you get Universal III and M-Disk 6.0 under Desk pull-down menu ? Why ? Because I have Atari Stacy (Not sure which version 1 ? 2 or 4). Will check it again. I have no idea. It came on it, not sure how it was installed. Zap!
Update: Had a very busy weekend, so I didn't get a chance to use the STacy much. I rescued a 2013 60" TV from the garbage. Replacing the board on that took away some of my time that I wanted to spend with STacy. I'm leaving for the Englishtown, NJ Swap Meet now, and I will no doubt be looking for more Atari products. But before I leave, I want to let all of you know that, I did test the floppy drive and it works 100%. I put sysinfo.prg on the HD and ran it. Hell of a typo on the power supply though! 16v is interesting; Stacy says 18v and the PSU says 16.5.

If you repaired a TV you certainly have skills but I want to send a few pics of some hidden bits. 1) I think it was Darklord, who helped me by telling me that you DO NOT have to remove the hinge screws. The wire harness screws yes / hinge NO. That old hinge is tightly wound to hold up the heavy screen. 2) Location of the tabs on the lid to press with your spudger.

Bama
You guys rock! I took your advice. I changed out the white Epson floppy for a black Sony and listed my STacy on eBay and it sold in under an hour! Thanks Y'all!

The TV's power supply board is shot, so I ordered a new one from eBay. Damn thing cost me $125 shipped, but the TV is a 2013 60" LCD. So if it works, it'll certainly be worth it. I just ordered a better multimeter, as my $5 somehow broke. When it arrive, I will be much better equipped to test everything.

Congrats, just be careful shipping it, it weighs a ton lol!
+DarkLord
Yeah, you want to avoid removing those hinges if you don't have to. Not overwhelming but they are a bit powerful.
Zap!
Looking back at this, I have zero regrets with my purchase. The STacy is such a great machine to have in a collection.

Yeah, I can't wait to do more with mine. Maybe some serious modding... Maybe put in that battery that Atari could never get working... Maybe a color LCD screen?
