Sealed ActionMax games

So I was cruising ePay and found a good deal on three sealed ActionMax games. There was Pops Ghostly, HydroSub, and .38 Ambush Alley. Which leads me to a question: Was Sonic Fury sealed? It was the pack-in game with the console, so I would assume not, but it might have been. Video game companies have done stranger things.

I think Sonic Fury was sealed. Ill check my collection but I think I have a sealed copy.

I found my sealed copy of Sonic Fury so yes sealed copies do exist.
