Besides, there is a princess (in ancient times this was a girl!) in Hi-Res Adventure 2 and one of the main protagonists in the Dark Crystal is also a girl named Kira... (your job: heal the crystal and rescue the girl). Its near where you first enter and can be difficult at first since it copies your equipment and stuff.I'll play through to see if I can take a screen shot sometime soon. Unfortunately the prototype is not easily available:-(( I've got both 8-bit and 7800 versions of Xenophobe, and while there is a girl on the title screen, the two characters look like males to me, And the prototype is easily available if you go to the right place; Video61 sells the cartridge.
