Console works, but there are horizontal bars across the screen and the screen shakes. Anybody have experience with this? Sorry if this has been brought up before. Everett1954 Posted June 23, 2016 Share Posted June 23, 2016 Yep post a picture of the mod that was done and a picture of the interference. You could have a bad ground wire, bad power power supply cap (rolling bars through the picture or moving some of the wires going to output jack or ?? Have you tried it on a different TV?
