Fuji-Man
Does anybody know anything about this? http://www.computerhistory.org/collections/catalog/102639507 Or more importantly, and disk image of it? I have a 'copy' of it, but it stops load every two sectors. Thanks, Fuji-Man

flashjazzcat
Mentioned at the bottom of this page: http://www.atarimagazines.com/v3n8/ioboard.html I wonder if it was vapourware?

www.atarimania.com
I believe Antica-4 saw an incredibly limited release. OTOH, I don't think Lance Lucre ever made it: https://archive.org/stream/1983-12-anticmagazine/Antic_Vol_2-09_1983-12_Buyers_Guide#page/n45/mode/2up https://archive.org/stream/1984-03-anticmagazine/Antic_Vol_2-12_1984-03_The_International_Atari#page/n105/mode/2up -- Atari Frog http://www.atarimania.com

Fuji-Man
Well, as gingerly as I could, I made a copy of the disk. This one is going to need some work. The directory sectors: 361, 364, 369, and sector 714 are shot. I'm going to guess that there were =<16 files on the disk. Anyone want to take a shot fixing this? xDisc 0038A.ATR
AtariGeezer
Here's some progress: ANTICA4.ATR Sector 369 was wiped, so I just fixed the sector link. In the Directory I have named a set of ANT and ACS files as ONE.ANT and ONE.ACS until we figure out the correct name...
Fuji-Man
Wow. okay. Great job Jay! Seems to be loading. Are those .ANT and .ACS files just picture files? It's a shame that the one directory sector for the directory had bitrot. It would be nice to have the original filenames, but who has another copy? I'm hoping to find another disk of it in these boxes...
AtariGeezer
The ACS file type could be Antica Character Set and the ANT is probably the layout? The only filenames unknown are ONE.ANT and ONE.ACS, but they could be ANTICA.ANT and ANTICA.ACS for a Demo. The other filenames should be correct since sector 362 was intact. The main file "Autorun.sys" had hard coded filenames such as Antica.Pic and Antica.Mat. The PIC file's first 2 bytes has "LZ", so I'm guessing that is correct.
Fuji-Man
Okay, now we need some docs and put it on Atarimania. I am looking for another copy in all these disks. I still have about 1000 to go, but I got a feeling something may show.
