Had to get out my intellivision one for this game.
Playing with original controllers. Tough
On my II I have flashback adaptors.
What a difference. Lol

I had the same problem with my Intellivision 2. Neither the US nor the European versions worked on the Intv 2.

However, the cuttle card 3 made the trick

That's good to know but no cuttle cart for me..

There are 4 coleco games that don't work on the 2(Venture, Mouse trap, Carnival and Donkey Kong), and one mattel Utopia..

I just took apart my intellivision 1 and installed flashback controller adaptors, that last score was done with those attached.. feels so much better..

Thanks for the info about the other games that don't work on the Intv 2. I'll check if the cc3 does the trick.

The game is a tad bit glitchy (some jumps over barrels don't score or picking up the hammer is difficult). However, it is lots of fun.

Back in the day I played it a lot as games were expensive and once you spend your precious savings on them you'll have to fully enjoy them.

Cheers, O

Agree with you about the flashback controllers. Their side-action buttons are very soft.

Many people criticise the disc. There is no problem at all with it. However, the original side buttons are extremely rigid. They literally destroyed my thumbs.

A tad glitchy is given this game a complement. More like a lot that's for sure. lmao!!! Yes games were expensive and how right your are on playing them no matter what back then.

Once I change the controller's I enjoyed the game play a little better that's.

Yep with the intvillivision II they(mattal) put in a bug so that coleco games wouldn't work on it, to get back at coleco for various reasons.. lol

I sure did, always nice to see fans of a Toronto teams from other parts of the world. Yes I hope they make it to the play-offs and to the world series this year.. Last year playoffs were great. I remember 92 and 93 like it was yesterday. A third is a charm.. ;)
