Burning Jaguar CD's

I've seen a couple of posts for Jaguar games that are download only to the best of my knowledge, but people are burning them to disc so they can play them on their Jaguar CD's, which will be my only option as I don't have a skunkboard... How do I go about doing this? Thanks <3

What games are there that I can burn? I saw Fallen Angels, and saw something about Heretic/Hexen too... Any other titles I should get?

I don't think Heretic was finished being brought to the Jaguar? At least not with the information I've seen. But, since classic FPS games seem to be a good fit on the Jag, it'd be cools to see.

Here's Painter. It was released in 2004 unencrypted. I compiled the source last September and ran it through JiFFI to encrypt it.

Outstanding game imo.

Can't point you at a download for it, but it's out there on the interwebs. You'll see people selling copies of it on eBay, those are the corrupted version. That will be the same as the one you'll find. It's good to play for the first stage or so but the warp ship is corrupted and buggy and you'll be lucky to play much further than that. You can always look at attract mode though and see some of the later worlds. Which YouTube video did you look at?

i did encrypt and re release this broken version years ago, it can be found on various torrent sites (not put there by me). apparently they cant remember when they got it according to the torrent comments, convenient that LOL!

All the videos I found were by ViMasterJag, and there were a couple of demos/betas, like Phase Zero, as well as games like Mad Bodies and Arkanna. Are these games also available for download? <3 essentially I'm trying to t as many games or playable betas together as I can to justify owning my Jaguar CD

Phase Zero can be bought at various places like Songbird. Mad Bodies is out of production and very expensive when one is on ebay. Both are carts though, so won't run on JagCD.

Adam Pratt is Shaggy the Atarian (if you didn't know that) but I barely see him in the Jaguar Forum in recent years. Me and him put a huge package on ebay back in 2003 for BIWN rev 21, iirc. Mapped the entire playfield out in AutoCAD, complete with coordinates. Made what was available to explore a lot more interesting
