Óscar is from Mexico and is best known for creating a programming SPACE RAID for the Atari 2600 and Intellivision, PRINCESS QUEST for the Colecovision and Intellivision, MECHA 8 and MECHA 9 for the Colecovision, and many more. He is also the creator of the IntyBASIC programming language for the Intellivision and the creator of the COOLCV Colecovision emulator.
