Any Atari 2600 Homebrews That Use The CX-78 Joypad's 2nd Button?

Out of curiosity, I was just wondering if there were any homebrew games for the 2600 that take advantage of the two buttons on the CX-78 joypad? I know that there are a few games that can use a Sega Genesis / Mega Drive controller for two button functionality, but are there any that do the same for the CX-78?

The 2600 is unable to distinguish between the two buttons of a 7800 controller. Because of the controller's design, they both appear as the standard 2600 firebutton.

The 7800 console has extra circuitry to enable a "two button mode".

Thank you very much for the helpful information Alex! That totally explains why there have never been any Atari 2600 homebrews that used Atari 7800 controllers for two button functionality.

What's odd is that you can use a Colecovision 2 button controller to play the 2600 Booster Grip game, Omega Race (each of the buttons doing different actions), whereas the 7800 controller (which works as a two-independent-button controller on Colecovision) will not offer compatibility. These are the kinds of things that make you go Hmmmmm.
