I seem to have developed a habit I don't want to have. I keep choking on these pills I have to take every day. I didn't used to choke on them, though. Three out of the last 5 days involved me choking on one of these dumb pills. And I can't cut them in half because they're capsules. So what I'm going to do is tomorrow morning, I am going to take two pills and get the cover off them and put the contents in water, and then use that water to take the other pill I have to take but don't choke on. But this concerns me. Is my throat getting narrower, or what? I mean, I'm still choking on certain foods like I used to, but now the pills? Eating is a struggle because I never know if I have to run to the bathroom because I can't keep water down. It just comes back up and I lose the ability to swallow. Usually it takes a few minutes for something to click and I am able to finish the meal I was having. But it's so dumb.
