Keatah
http://www.starringthecomputer.com/ ..a site that lists a lot of movies and what computers were used in each one. It seems to be missing one. A moody sci-fi movie from around the very early 1980's, forget the name, but it had A2-FS1 flight sim graphics as one of the status displays onboard a ship. I always want to say its Dark Star, but DS is a number of years too early.
high voltage
Don't know, trying to find out tho. On a side note, I've just seen 'Desk Set' a film with Spencer Tracy and Katharine Hepburn, which features an EMERAC, basically a huge IBM computer, to help the telephone operators with their long searches for answers (But they fear of loosing their jobs). Good film, great use of IBM. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Desk_Set Edited October 15, 2016 by high voltage

Keatah
I recall the CRT being built into the instrument panel which may have been wall-sized. That's about it. Sorry.

Silent Running? ... or maybe not. That's even earlier than Dark Star. Edited October 25, 2016 by Nebulon

Keatah
Definitely not 2010 nor Silent Running.. I doubt it's life force, but I will go through it to be sure.
JamesD
It's not Life Force.I thought maybe 'Battle Beyond the Stars', but I saw no similar screen when I skimmed through it.
rpiguy9907
Here are my three guesses: Outland (one of the moodiest sci-fi films) Star Raiders Ice Pirates (not moody but oft overlooked)
