RobertB
Over the years, C= repair technician Ray Carlsen has built "very custom", special-order power supplies for Commodores and Amigas (in addition to his regular, universal p.s.'s). Check out the photos of his very custom p.s.'s at http://blog.retro-link.com/2016/11/custom-power-supplies-from-ray-carlsen.html Truly, Robert Bernardo Fresno Commodore User Group http://www.dickestel.com/fcug.htm
Flojomojo
That's very cool!If anyone was like me and got thrown by the name, this has absolutely NOTHING to do with the very special power supply used in the questionable prototype Coleco Chameleon as demonstrated by JOHN Carlsen.
+eebuckeye
Ray is awesome! I do not have one but I have no doubt the quality is outstanding based on previous work.
Nebulon
Cool. The idea of multiple power supplies in a single case is clever and would be great for displays or trade shows.

Bulk Power FTW. /I knew it was different, but it's still all I thought about.
eightbit
He built me a custom PSU that powers a C128 and C64 (or late model Vic) at the same time. Each cable is also 5FT in length as well so the computers can be pretty far away from the PSU. It is awesome
David Baldwin
yes thats the one looks cool but i don't think ill get one soon im a bit to far away.
RobertB
yes thats the one looks cool but i don't think ill get one soon im a bit to far away. I see Trevor Dickinson once a year at the Amiwest Show. If you want to order a Carlsen power supply to fit your needs, then it could be shipped to me, and I would give it to Trevor to bring it back to NZ with him. Then you can get the p.s. from Trevor.
