This is fantastic stuff - thanks for this.  Couple of questions:

 

  • Is there a cover/title page?
  • Are the missing pages just blank? (e.g. Page 6)
  • The table of contents lists The Treasure of Yxolt starting at page 65.  Is this missing from what you have?

I am blown away to read this today. Of course my special interest is with the Fireman section, totally awesome to see the Intellivision screen shots. Interesting about the ability to "request" ladders, bridges, tools, etc.
