jhd
It is very rare to see imported games at thrift shops in Canada, and even more rare to see imported hardware. This is indeed my first such experience. As of last Saturday, a local thrift shop here in Calgary had a Mega Drive 2 mostly complete in a battered box for about Cdn$40 (US$29.77). It lacks the original pack-in game. The power supply has two round prongs; combined with a sticker on the box in what looks like Arabic script, I'm guessing it may have originated in Turkey. I am not able to purchase this on someone's behalf, but if anyone is interested I can provide the details of the shop.
+Black_Tiger
BC, especially the Vancouver area has been full of imports since 16-bit games were current. There isn't much I haven't found in local shops over the years and even my small hometown received plenty of imports.
