I used to have a subscription. I wanted to renew it the other day but the system gave an error.

I email (using the form) but I didn't get any response on how to fix it.

I did not find a way to email you directly but only via the form. What's the support email?

There was a link but I think it was a javascript that opened my email client (mac) but I happen not to have you configured, so it is a mission.
