Jamcat Reloaded
This hack changes the dragster to look like the Hot Wheels Bone Shaker car. BoneShakerDragRacing.bin

Jamcat Reloaded
Thanks! Used a nice image of the package to get a nice side view of the car to help draw it out on graph paper. Wanted a good iconic Hot Wheels car. The Twin Mill was nice, but too low. Wanted to fill up as much of the space available for the dragster as I could. I didn't animate the back wheel because, to me, it didn't look right that the back wheel turned but the front didn't.
Nukey Shay
Wanted to fill up as much of the space available for the dragster as I could. You're in for a disappointment if you play game option 2. Most of those zeros were there to fill the track as your car moves up or down. To fix this, you'd need to enlarge the data tables in a disassembly file so each section of the car has enough zeros to fill the maximum # of scanlines above and below. Jamcat Reloaded
Ah, live & learn. Alas, beyond changing the sprites with a graphics editor, I'm clueless when it comes to editing the programming in a 2600 game.
Nukey Shay
No problem...zip of the changes created for "The Duel" here. Rom is expanded to 4k to provide the necessary space, and a lotta eye candy added too. The first car type is stored in the first half of the first 6 pages of memory (each page is one part of the 6 sprites that make the car)...the second car type is stored in the first half of the last 6 pages. The numbers off to the right of the data tables in the assembly text file show the addresses of where it exists in the binary.
