jericho_21
Hey, guys, I have a question on Raptor BASIC+. Can the language create games incorporated with full-motion video? I know you can create fluid animation with game sprites, but what about FMV frames and clips? Is that beyond the scope of RB+? I was curious about that. Thanks. +CyranoJ
Yes, you could load the FMV player and call it. Guys, really - all these requests. Make something simple before leaping into oblivion!
jericho_21
Oh, indeed I shall. It was a question for future reference, anyway. Thanks for the info.
ggn
Technically it'd mean that you need to load the cd bios and give it commands. By then you'd have lost control of the DSP, which means no sound effects, no music (has to be provided by the FMV player), no jagpad control, nothing. Which it would mean a substantial rewrite to support all this in CD BIOS. Patches welcome! Edited January 23, 2017 by ggn
