Anybody seen this before?

I was perusing eBay and found this listing:

It appears to be a combination instruction manual/flight sim for the Dow-4 Gazelle. I can find a couple of sparse references to it in some software lists, but I haven't seen anywhere that it's been dumped or preserved.

Well... not so rarer but anyway a good price for it.

the seller looking to sell this since one year at least without success.

 

I seen this title 5 o 6 times on ebay listed anyway i never seen it with title handwrite.

Neither the cassette nor the manual are original. The manual is a photocopy and the cassette is a 90-minute standard cassette. The cover should be on stiff cardstock too, not paper. . .I have an original manual (and cassette too). They are not rare at all, as a lot of these were sold BITD. The manual shows up on eBay five to six times a year (from different sellers), the cassette much less so, maybe once or twice a year.

..we see prices of actual trades/sales coming in at around $100 on average, though I've seen it move at close to $150 in the past.

 

And A2-FS1 is more widely known and much more readily available. Availability on a website doesn't affect the value either.
